PS4 What should I do with this PS4 Pro I scored for $200 on OFW 9.03?

So I went to my local pawn shop near my house and found this PS4 Pro and they were only asking $200 for so I snatched it up and brought it home. Only to check the OFW and see it was on 9.03 and my jaw dropped. I knew only of the 9.00 jailbreaks and thought maybe by now there would be one for this one too but seems not like it after all this time.

So my question to you guys here is what do I do with this? Wait for a possible jailbreak for that or later FW or just update to latest so I can play online?

Also how good of a deal was this PS4 Pro in good clean working order and no scratches?

well, you have the answer in your question.
If you want to play online: update.
If you want to keep yout chances to JB one day: don't update!
Personnaly, I would wait and buy second hand games and play offline.

So there are talks of reverting the system. If the system was on 9.00 then updated to 9.03 you may be able to roll back but it is in a experimental state right now. Apparently the PS4 keeps two backups of the firmware on the HDD. Not for the faint of heart but possible to go back if the firmware they updated from is one with an exploit or lower then an exploitable firmware then jump to 9.00 I haven't used mine in AGES myself. A lot has happened I need to get back to it.
