the ps2 classics launcher is meant to be used with PS2 classics encrypted images.

Since you have CFW and probably want to use plain ps2 .ISOs , you don't need the classic launcher. Just put files on /dev_hdd0/PS2ISO/ and then you'll able to mount and launch as any regular disc.
