had my ps3 DELIDDED and repasted on both the die and ihs with arctic mx-4 thermal paste. the guy who delided my chips chose not to reglue the ihs down so as to make it easier for me in the futuer if i ever need to redo the paste temps on the xmb are
CPU is at 63 currently and RSX at 69 with 40% fan
any idea why the RSX temps are so high at 40% fan speed? i know the CELL cpu runs hot but i thought with a delid the rsx temps would go down
was expecting RSX temps to be lower after a delid at 40% fan speed
