PS3HEN yakuza 5 not working ps3 hen trophy error

every time i try to launch yakuza 5 on my ps3 with hen , the game just doesn't start because of trophy error (i already tried to delete what was inside "trophdir" however the game keeps showing trophy error and the truth is that I don't know what this is due to (previously I also had problems running the attack on Titan game in its psn version, but I solved this by modifying the eboot.bin to 3.55) I have about 20 backups of several of my games in iso that I have physically that work perfectly but the only game that doesn't work for me is yakuza 5 (psn version) or is this game really unplayable in hen?
 
This test excluded broken trophy set index in trophies. So You have something wrong with trophy set install package.

All games are playable on HEN.

Does Your game is original (unmodified Sony package)?

I wish it were true that all games can be played in hen but, yakuza 5 is not the only problematic game splinter cell trilogy doesn't work for me either, Arcania the complete tale doesn't work either because of the absurd number of files it has, and I think that's all it would be. Responding to what you told me, yes, I bought the game on the same psn, since I previously had a save data for the European version, however when I wanted to "download" it So to speak, I couldn't find the European version anywhere, since on the internet I only found the splitted pkgs that didn't work (I could say that nobody had dumped Yakuza 5 in its European version), and my last option would be to buy it on PSN and see if that's how it worked. and I was surprised that the trophy error keeps happening despite having bought it.
 
postscript: a colleague told me that in cfw the game works perfectly, and it's rare that yakuza 5 doesn't work with hen

So, you've downloaded a pirated, tampered game from the Internet and expect it to work?.

HEN has no issues, on the contrary. Piracy on the other hand, here on the forums, has.

I think you are misunderstanding me, I didn't say that I have downloaded the pirated yakuza 5, rather what I meant is that if the version purchased from psn doesn't work, then I wanted to verify by downloading a "pirated" version so to speak (I don't usually pirate games On the contrary, I like to collect physical ps3 games, less digital games, however yakuza 5 is an exception since it did not have a physical release here in the West) I have the game in its physical Japanese version as well as its version purchased from psn, such Maybe you misunderstood what I meant and you would have thought that I downloaded yakuza 5 as a pirate, but that's not the case, an apology anyway if for some reason I hinted at piracy. I'm still new to this forum, and just looking for a solution so I can play the yakuza 5 I bought, otherwise I'll have to ask Sony for a refund if they give it to me. Of course

And on the other hand, hen is not compatible with all games, since to this day the splinter cell trilogy is still unplayable with hen, just like arcania the complete tale, although perhaps it is because splinter cell is a remaster flawed like silent hill hd. although only those games that are the ones that have problems, since other games like metal gear solid have already been solved

just being curious, but what error code exactly do you get when starting the game? is there a 0x8XXXXXXX error code? nothing was stated here and in the other, older thread. everybody is blindly acting and giving adivices without even knowing the actual problem. this way, it cannot be really helped in my eyes

well what the error says is: "There has been a problem with the trophies. (8002291b)
 
Maybe it is to early to hang him on a tree, who knows. :D This can be also broken trophy set index for this game (which can be easily check just running game on another local user account).

In fact, it's not an internet pkg, since I bought yakuza 5 on psn, because I wanted to play yakuza 5 for days, I looked on amazon or somewhere if the game was physical, but I realized that it didn't have any physical release in the west, and then I bought it on psn,
ps : seems to have made the game work , but at the cost of removing the hen and HFW , so the game does not work on a ps3 that has hen , I guess it is a temporary solution , since after yakuza is over 5, I will reinstall hfw with hen, to summarize what I said, the game doesn't work for me with hen, but it does work in OFW. weird that

I actually managed to get yakuza 5 to work, but at the cost of losing hen. since my last option was to test the game in OFW, and it turns out that the game runs without problems, while with hen, the game does not load, it crashes after the trophy error message appears, something quite strange
 
interesting and also disappointing. I did not want to insult you or anything @Jdasat♡ , but it has looked very suspicious and honestly, hen is only good for piracy and not much else. it is more like the psjailbreak

seems there is sth broken on hen or it has some serious permission problems.

It could be piracy and everything, but. ps3 is already a discontinued console currently. In addition to the fact that they no longer manufacture consoles or original PS3 discs. (The only thing that may be legally available on ps3 would be digital games, but a large part of the ps3 games have already been removed from the ps3 psn, such as nfs carbon, in fact I'm surprised that yakuza 5 is still on the ps3 store) in addition to the fact that if it were not for the same piracy, several ps3 games would be lost in oblivion, not to mention that there are DLCs for games that are lost media, such as guitar hero dlcs for example. (Although from what I heard, the remaining guitar hero 3 dlcs have been found that were considered lost media like the coldplay, dragonforce and foo fighters packs.
By the way, are you a hen developer or something like that? I don't know if you could solve this problem in a future hen update with yakuza 5, improving compatibility with psn games that don't run on hen

I was not talking about piracy in general and yes, this can preserve lost games as well as Prototypes, but to me, HEN is useless.
besides, PS3 is not dead and will live on forever for me. look at all this PS2 stuff, which also is only good for piracy in my eyes.

You said that this game works on OFW. But before You activate HEN, You literally have OFW. I could imagine that HEN payload can make some unknown problems but cold boot start is the same as untouched fw, except that browser is in older version on HFW.
 
I did not say that ps3 was dead, I only said that ps3 is a discontinued console, since today they no longer sell new sealed ps3s, there are only second-hand ps3s. Just like original discs, they no longer sell original ps3 discs in stores.
I think the last time I saw a new original ps3 disc in a store was fifa 19, but that was in 2019, I doubt that any new sealed original disc is still for sale
