I’ve had that problem when a bare part of the fan wire touched the motherboard shield. I think that type of shutdown indicates a short somewhere. I would think it could be almost anything but the easiest thing to do is replace the power supply first and see what happens.

If you set your fan in webman, you can ignore evilnat. Whatever you do, you can monitor the fan speed in webman so there should be no reason you don’t know what your system is doing.
