PS3 Advice on damaged board

I've damaged 4 caps and need to know if I can solder replacements directly to the copper with the three in series, where etc, after seeing how extra caps are added I'd assume I could probably just solder them back as is but want to know the correct way to do this or measure etc, if a pad repair is need and if so were would I route, board works last I checked which was right after damaging it though hasn't been powered on since, nor stressed tested yet. Don't have an oscilloscope or have much knowledge regarding probing to ensure it works correctly though my Soldering is really good as I've been doing that with lead free for number of years and I've done basic pad repairs before from vias to the pad though nothing this small or on what seems to be two planes? I'm not sure thus the question

Hopefully I've formatted images correctly

Also if someone can explain differences between the thin white lines, the white and the green shading if it has meaning thanks

no idea if that area acts as ground or is voltage, if there a internal traces etc
