PS3 Anyway to decrypt a full Blu ray iso without paid software?

I used to dump disc with PS3 then FTP to my PC. Use AnyDVD to decrypt the image. Then you can FTP back over, use flash drive with Movian or just convert to a lossless codec

There was a PS3 tool where you could dump and decrypt your disc if you have a compatible bluray drive...don't remember off hand but will look it up later.

He is referring to BD movies not PS games.

That is only useful for splitting and joining. Not decrypting.
