I have a PS4 Pro brand new out of the box was sealed a week ago, and it has a blue light of death issue. I am unable to enter safe mode and I do not get a second beep. When I hold down the power button it only beeps once after 14 seconds of holding it down and then it powers down.
Is this a hardware issue? Or is this a software issue? This was a Red Dead Redemption 2 PS4 Pro version. Is there any documentation on this issue where I cannot get into safe mode and after pressing the button all I get is one beep after 14 seconds regardless if I let it turn on and allow it to blink and then press pwr, or if I turn it on by pressing button until it beeps which is still 14 seconds, it still turns off after 1 beep.

alright i used to have a ps4 that had a blod similar to this. in my experience, holdong power would only beep once then shit down after prolonged holding the pwr button. turned out my ps4 had bad solder joints under the apu. what model ps4 do you have? mine was a 10xx, what i had to do was increase the pressure on the apu, but when i started it it would just blod, which i let it run for about 15 seconds then forcibly shut it off, then immediately restart it, which would actually start the console and render me able to use it. but like i said i had to put a little more pressure(not alot, otherwise you risk cracking more solder joints under the apu), turn it on, let it run for about 30 seconds, force shut down by holdong the pwr button, then immediately pwr it back on, after that it would work. however it only worked for about a year of near daily use(i got lucky). hopefully youll be able to get urs working. my case isnt typical nor do i recommend you try what i tried without exhausting all other options, what i did was a last resort hail mary to get my console running and i happened to get lucky
