PS3 Can't hear the console's fan

Hello! I am just new to ps3 homebrewing. I've installed today the webman mod. I expected the fans to be loud after loading webman mod, unexpectedly, I don't hear a loud sound or the fans being responsive, I adjusted the fan controls multiple times, and to no avail I still can't hear my fan even though I put it to manual 80c. I am running my ps3 slim CECH2001A on cfw on the latest cobra evilnat pex 4.9.1.2. Any ideas how I'm gonna fix it? Thank you for the responses in advance!

Try holding L3 and R3 it'll pop up the fps counter and fan speed and temps if that don't work try holding select and start

You can try to run the fan test. To do so, you need to unplug your PS3. Then, press the eject button and maintain it while you plug in the console, until you hear the fan starting. If the fan works correctly, it should run at 100% speed for some seconds, making a lot of noise.
After that your PS3 will beep/shutdown and you'll need to re-unplug it before using it.
