PS2 Can't remove game from hdd

Hi, I loaded simpsons hit & run onto an hdd using winhiip for use on my ps2 with opl. The issue is that it added twice? I can see the duplicate file when using hdl dumb as well as when scanning the drive using winhiip. but it does not show up when looking at the generic files list on winhiip. It shows up twice on OPL too. Is there anyway I can remove the duplicate file (preferably without wiping the drive since there's a lot of games already on it).

Remove the partition with LaunchELF's HDDManager (safer) or OPL itself given that you already configured it with "Write Operations" set to "On" (I don't recommend using this method though since the last time I deleted the games with it, I was left with the "phantom"/blank game on the list which is unremovable even on LaunchELF IIRC, dunno if this was already fixed).

Thanks for the tip but I don't use game cache on HDD.
