There are only 3 leaked service manuals, for COK-001, COK-002, and SEM-001 (coincidentially, are the 3 PS3 fat motherboards with NAND flash)
The mention in wiki about posible candidates for the problem could be "the nearby components of the power block" is something generic, because that components are located in between the PSU and the tokins
There is also a leaked .pdf with some error codes (that seems to belong to COK-001), the problem with error codes 2024, 2124, and (never found) eventually 2224 is that doesnt appears in that document, it seems was added later for newer motherboard models, so we dont know well what they means, are actually labeled as "AV" because we know are a bit related with HDMI, DVE, and audio chips
The error 1002 seems to indicate something related with RSX power, but RSX shares some of his power lines with the HDMI and DVE chips, take a look at this schematic made by
