So I have a soft-modded ps2, with an HDD, FHDB, OPL and POPStarter installed.
Everything works fine, except for when I leave the game unattended for too long and (I assume) the HDD does a spin down and when I eventually resume the game, it takes a while the first time it needs to load something (say I talk to an NPC or change screen) and sometimes it doesn't and the game softlocks into a black screen.
The other day I was playing Digimon World 1 for the PS1 on the POPstarter emulator and left it unattended again, I then rememberd about it, but no longer had time to play, so I decided to just save the game and turn off the console. When I eventually turned it back on, my save file was "gone". I then went into uLauncher and backed up the save folder.
This is what's left of the save folder, is it salvageable? And how do I (or should I) remove this spin down feature?
Thanks.
