Crazy PS1 Audio Fault - Possessed PS1 - Please can anyone help?

My PS1 has a crazy sound fault, it sounds like it is possessed.

I have uploaded a video to youtube of the sound fault, if you have any ideas how to fix or what the problem is, please let me know, thank you.
