Hello.

I tried to find a solution for error NP-34940-0, but cannot find anything on the internet about this error code anywhere.

I made a personal dump from my original disc of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" and this is the first and only time I have this problem with any of my personal dumps.

The pkg I did with orbis installes fine without errors according to the PS4.

Can anybody help with fixing this? I am not very good at this, but I did find out about an issue regarding the trophy00.trp files in the sce_sys/trophy folder, one normal, one encrypted. Apparently they have to be identical in size with the normal & encrypted version, mine have different sizes (10.7mb for normal, 9.46mb for the encrypted one) which is likely the issue here.

The dump was completed without errors according to the PS4. I found two other pairs in the sce_sys folder (npbind.dat & nptitle.dat), both of which also have encrypted counterparts and those are of identical size to the unencrypted ones.

I managed to get the trophy folder from the installed original game with file explorer and that has no encrypted file in it. Only the normal trophy00.trp which is identical size to my dump (10.7mb) and TRPPARAM config file, which is not in my dump at all.

Also of interest is that I download an update (1.33) and it also does not have an encrypted counterpart in it either, which makes me think that they shouldn't even be in the main game dump at all.

I tried to install with the content of the folders swapped over, but I still get a blue screen which says error NP-34940-0 CANNOT START APPLICATION. This happens after the background picture pops up for a split second.

The only thing I did find out about this error is the info
NP34940-0: SCE_NP_TROPHY_ERROR_SERVICE_LABEL_NOT_MATCH
and nothing else anywhere on the web.

I can only hope that someone here has an idea because I am fresh out of them.

Thanks for your time and help.

Cheers
