PS2 FreeHDBoot repair/OPL Not working

Hey guys. I'm having some issues with my Ps2 setup and I'm thinking the best course of action might be either repairing, or just removing everything and redoing it, but I want to ask for some possible advice.

My Ps2 has stopped loading up both OPL, and the native Ps2 Browser. Both just black screen and leave my tv on "No Input". uLaunch runs fine. FHDB Config runs fine. I'm not sure what I broke. I've also tried to drop in a new version of OPL (v1.2.0) and the osdsys at it and still just a black screen.

Using FHDB 1.966 on an internal HD and nothing else.

I'm pretty sure I used a noob-package install from ps2-home. Is there any way to clean out everything unnecessary and update everything without losing all of my games & saves?

If You used disk image, You should format HDD. If not, just reinstall FHDB.

Do You have modchip? FHDB will not work properly with most of them.

Saves on HDD? You mean virtual memory cards I think. Just copy them to USB.

No modchip. Everything is saved directly onto the hdd. Are the VMCs just one/two accessible files?

I was hoping for a manner of updating everything as to not have to wait for winhiip or HDLGameInstaller because with the amount of games present, it will probably take like 20hrs. I'm just a little new and unfamiliar with the file structure to know what I should delete/purge/reinstall.

Even if Your console will unable to boot from this HDD, You can retrieve data by pfsshell or pfsfuse:
https://github.com/ps2homebrew/pfsshell
Code:
hdd0:/+OPL/VMC/*.bin

Never use WinHIIP if Your HDD is 1TiB or larger.

You still didn't answer how You installed FHDB... If from FMCB/FHDB Installer, then just reinstall it. If by writing disk image, You need format entire drive because image wasn't made for You disk boundary and You have corrupted logic structure.

Why? It is good, reliable software, just with critical bug for those disk sizes. Yet @El_isra and @GDX toolkits based hdldump are today feature rich in compare to WinHIIP.
