PS3 Gran Turismo 4 Error (80028F17) HAN

So i just installed Gran Turismo 4 PKG signed on my PS3 using PKG Linker 2.0, but when i start it the screen goes black for a while and then gives me the error (80028F17) and i don't know why this is happening because i resigned the "RIF000-INSTALLER_00-0000000000000000.pkg_signed" and the "Gran_Turismo_4_[PS2_Classics]_[SCES51719].pkg_signed" using the PS3xploit-resigner-2.0.0.

I installed other games before but i used the USB Stick because they were less than 4GB, this Gran Turismo 4 was the first game that i installed using PKG Linker 2.0.

If anyone could help me out here i would be very thankful

Did you install its PS2 Classic placeholder rif file yet?

Use PS2 classic GUI 2.2.2 or newer to create pkg.

Yes i installed before some PS2 games like Gran Turismo Tokyo-Geneva, Spyro: Enter the DragonFly, etc.
So, i just downloaded PS2 Classics 2.2.3, and now i should create the Gran Turismo 4 PKG using it, right?

Yes, that should be enough. Older ps2 classic GUI not support DVD9 games.

I installed on the PS3 the two PKGs that where in the folder named "pkgs [install them on PS3]" on the PS2 Classics GUI i was suposed to that, right?

So the game initialized and was playable but there was some visual problems, like pixelated lines on the screen, i didnt use any CONFIG file so i am now making the PKG again using the CONFIG file (SCES51719) to see if it resolves the problem.
