PS3 Help fixing APS-227 PSU

Hi there, I think I just shorted a APS-227 PSU when testing a YLOD CECHC model. The short should have been 5V -> GND and was brief. 12V wasn't connected at that moment. After the short I can see no 5V power from the 5pin connector. Then after opening the PSU case, I tested the fuse near the AC inlet and it was good. So, is there any other way I can test for? I don't want to spend more bucks buying another PSU as it's already a YLOD. Thank you in advance!
