HEN 2.2.2 Freezing PS3

Hi, i update HEN from 2.1.1 to 2.2.2. When I run Na, it turns on once in a while. But once it's switched on, Multiman will freeze the console during startup.
PS3 3004B 500GB 4.84HFW
 
My friend have 4K model and no have any freezing screen :(
EDIT:
I just re-set the console 4 times because the multiman freeze consoles.
Everything always works after the reconstruction of the base

If webMAN MOD is so buggy and unstable according to you...
Why users report that PS3HEN 2.1.1 has no issues but later versions cause black screen?

I have had black screen since 1.0
Some debug logs show error destroying first vsh container. It can be related to sprx loading by webman mod and not unloading them. For whole list you can check devwiki vsh containers. First one is destroyed to make new one for game

While stock webman never gave issues. It's not only me but devil, escortd3w, joonie, me and other devs

While yes hen does cause sometime black screen but that's completely unrelated to webman black screens. I'm aware of hen causing blackscreen on homebrew launch but it occurs RARELY....aka exploit failure. Webman mod does REGULARLY. @Joonie might be able to give you more pointers on issues since he has much more extensive testings done

Not really as I haven't had any freezing issues in my 3000 unit. Had a few issues with 2.1.1 and maybe a few failed HEN init on 2.2.1 but using 2.3.0 I haven't had a single issue. And I have had all three backup managers and webMAN MOD since 1.0. I try to do clean installs each time. I keep a USB build just in case of emergency but it's been rock rock for me.

Si je peux me permettre, WMM-1.47.23.2 lui aussi provoque des "Freezes" avec ma console (CECH-4204C bleue).

J'ai réinstallé 3 fois le HEN (toujours en v2.2.2) sur un disque dur de 500Go re-formaté (d'abord en NTFS via PC) puis par la PS3 avant installation du HFW sur le DD et enfin du HEN. Mais le sMAN en provoque aussi, moins que le WMM assurément.
Je suis Français et j'ai toujours installé le WMM complet (maintien de L1). J'ai découvert aujourd'hui que si j'installe la version "light" de WMM (maintient de X), tous les soucis disparaissent (comme par magie). Les mmCM, IrisMAN et ManaGunZ n'ont plus de "freeze" aléatoire voire seulement un BSOD avec certaines réponses dus aux commandes depuis mon ordinateur (redémarrage/Stop console par exemple). Il semblerai que rien ne veuille s'afficher sur l'écran mais que certaines fonctions de la PS3 sont toujours actives. C'est très étrange comme comportement, elle n'est pas totalement plantée, inopérante.

Avez-vous messieurs @DeViL303, @escortd3w, @Joonie, @habib, @aldostools des réponses à tout ceci, une possible amélioration ?

If I may, WMM-1.47.23.2 also causes "Freezes" with my console (blue CECH-4204C).

I reinstalled 3 times the HEN (still in v2.2.2) on a hard disk of 500GB re-formatted (first in NTFS via PC) then by the PS3 before installation of the HFW on the DD and finally the HEN. But the sMAN also provokes it, less than the WMM certainly.
I am French and I have always installed the complete WMM (L1 maintenance). I discovered today that if I install the "light" version of WMM (keeps X), all the worries disappear (like magic). The mmCM, IrisMAN and ManaGunZ have no random "freeze" or even only a BSOD with some responses due to commands from my computer (reboot / Stop console for example). It seems that nothing wants to appear on the screen but that some functions of the PS3 are still active. It is very strange as behavior, it is not totally planted, inoperative.

Do you guys @ devil303, @ escortd3w, @Joonie, @habib, @aldostools answers to all this, a possible improvement?

Hi, I've been testing HEN since its release, and I can say that version 2.2.2 does not work badly, it fails like everything in this life, removing that is 100% functional. Another thing is all the stores that are installing people who may be the problem and try things too since that leaves residue on the PS3. What I do not like is the people who are complaining complaining about vice. Greetings and thanks for everything guys.
 
Most likely problem happens when launching multiman while webman mod is active. You might need to unload the webman mod first before launching it.
 
I don't how you guys have so many issues. I haven't ever had webMAN unloaded and go in and out of stuff all the time. Now I'm not saying you don't have these issues but I am saying the devs have HARD at work on this stuff I assure you. Been reading their logs trying to grasp all of it and my head feels like it will explode. These things take time guys when the PS3 was first hacked issues like these are around for a very long time and their was many more devs then we have now. All I can say is be patient and be happy with what we have ATM as most have totally abandoned this scene. They haven't given up so rest assured it will mature and we will have a ton of fun and other things till do till then.
 
Its not impatience from my end atreyu187 but I do have issues with Ps3 HEN, as do others, it happens, there could be any number of reasons, but just because your OK dos not mean everything else in the world is OK. One should always be open minded. Give a little, learn a little, have a little.
I'm just reporting issues that I find or have in the hope that things can be made better.
I'm just glad we have something for our PS3 superslims now, so that I can install my discs onto the HD..
And anything thats done by the Devs to support our hobby and PS3 is wonderful and saying thanks just isnt enough.
So I do what I can by reporting faults and helping others as much as Im capable of..

Thought I'd add to anyone who's interested. I'm still on HEN 2.0.0 (3001A) with just multiman installed, have had Irisman installed but removed it. I haven't had any problems whatsoever for the purposes I'm using the exploit for (backups.) HEN enable's basically every time, so long as it's the first thing I do after powering on my system. Do the latest updates all have webman / webman mod installed by default or something? Read something about it being "integrated" in one of the updates. Wouldn't that be the reason so many people are having problems now lol?

The problem with hanging the console at 99% is the webman mod. I've already reset the console a dozen times and never freeze.
