PS4 How do i backport my dump games?

Hello Guys,

Perhaps i can get some help with this. i can't find anything on how to port my games that require a higher firmware than 9,0.0. How can I backport them to work with that version?

Please, if anyone can help me out I will be forever grateful.

It's not possible unless you update high enough to dump the games. In order to dump them, you must be able to open them. Then, you can decrypt them with itemzflow and then use ghidra or ida pro to disassemble the elf files. It's more involved than that, but you need the elf files to be in a way that can be understood without the src code. However, going back to step one, you wouldn't need to backport your games if you updated.

HEY IM ON 9.0 AND WHY IS PATCH INSTALLER NOT working no more i get that endpoint thing also i want to play coldwar and latest update needs higher then 9.0 where can i find the backport for games or how can i make em i know i can update to 11 but it not stable yet and want to wait for bit so any help would be great

can't. we still need the security processor, SAMU, to do just about everything for us. you need it to decrypt the games, which means you need a firmware high enough to have the necessary keys to dump the game or update. you can't backport a game unless it's been decrypted either. besides, if you had high enough firmware, you wouldn't need to backport in the first place.
