PS3 Problem with PS3 FAT

Can anyone help me with an issue I'm having with my PS3 fat? After modding the system (4.92), I can't figure out how to play a disc game. My dvd drive worked prior. I'm sure it's something super simple. Any help is very appreciated.
 
did you install a "noBD" firmware by chance? you might have used the wrong CFW firmware, and it disabled your drive.
