so, after delidding the cpu and gpu ( this time i took 2 hours and a lot of patience and on the cell i have some relly superficial scraches) i retested it, and i have still the 5 second (4.80 seconds exactly ylod) so from others post i realized this is a nec tokins related issues..

now to replace the nec tokins is another stry, it takes a lot of heat and some good soldering skills to do it, but because i don't have the tecs to do it correctly i wanna know if there is a easy way to bypass or repair it..

somewone knows a way to do it?

thanks in advance for the tips and i hope that i can resurrect this cechg04 ps3

Looks like tokins, time to follow the B
NEC tokin thread. You will be required to remove a tokin and replace it with some tantalum capacitors. All the information you need is in the thread.

So, I noticed that the console is pretty stable if I heat the neck tokins with a hair dryer before starting it, and is pretty stable when I game, the temperatures are 64 on cell and like 63/64 on RSX with fan going from 42 to 46%
