You installed some of the add-on packs. Reinstall HFW and it will go back to normal.

LOL, you did exactly the same thing I did today, but I had to handle it differently. Toolbox caused HEN to downgrade or either it reverted to old graphics when downloading or uploading, and I also could not disable syscalls, and that is assuming I even had syscalls to disable. Without drawing this out to a boring story, I ended up overwriting the hfw 4.88 with OFW 4.88, with a quick reformat, install from the recovery/safe menu. I realized I made a huge mistake when I saw a footnote that said the package was superceded by Ultimate Toolbox. But it was too late, I'd already been there and done that, no turning back. And there is no UNINSTALL option for that title either. All you can do is go into safe mode and update firmware using an equal or greater OFW, or HFW.
