PS3 how to dissolve the glue on the rsx vram to delid it easily

hy to yall, i have a ps3 cech-25xx, it was heavily used and so the thermal paste between the rsx and cell is completely dried up, i already delidded the cell but the rex heat spreader is on extremey well... i tried with heat but nothing. i tried cutting it with a sharp painter knife but it's so hard it won't budge, i tried forcing it but i noticed that i was starting to flex the underposer so i stopped before killing it...

somewone knows some chemical or trick to make the glue become soft andso making the delid process easier?

40nm gpu is extremely hard and very risky to delid it's better you take it to a pro or just replace the thermal paste instead of killing it

I got away with a hairdryer, but it didn't sound too great. In fact, it sounded like it cracked (40nm). Luckily just the glue let go. I'd say don't risk it.

Having that said, I have a 90 on a COK002 that just won't come off with the hairdryer regardless of how hard I try.

I saw a guy used paint stripper on the glue for 1-2 hours to make glue soft first.will try to test it combine with heatgun,,will set temperature to 250 c .Really don't want to apply stress on those tin balls on both layers.

i bought silicon solvant and use it on a donar board (hard or impossible to fix) to practice and test.
without heating,,it can solve the silicon on Cell.RSX. about just 10 mins.
I used razor knife,that kind of double sided one slowly cutting and didn't use too much force.it seems to be a success.
I also put some solvant on PCB to see if it will damage it..1 hour later it seems okay.the solvant didnt cause PCB corrosion.
Since i'm sure this method works.I will try delid my working ps3 later when i have time.(b/c it will heat up to nearly75-80 degree celsius at current temperature,outdoor is 22-25 degree)
This time i will use heat gun to heat pcb to 150 celsius with some flux,,maybe it will be even easier)

where this 3000 donar board has a hardly welded cell it can't be delid.
note one thing .cutting tool must be very thin and smooth ..add some electroinc cleaner/alcohol/solvant as lubcant.and cut it very slow.https://imgur.com/a/uTzYkxD
