You will need to run Mira No HB on Al Azifs exploit page, regular Mira wont work.

-Install RPI PKG to PS4 https://mega.nz/#!2dN1XajB!Z5fXyFoKOXFI_ujgGoCZfFFy5nyn7OWo6vF6h_HmWhQ
-Install PS4 Remote PKG Sender this one (others may give you problems, they did me) https://www.psxhax.com/threads/ps4-remote-pkg-sender-gui-for-installing-packages-by-irefuse.6061/

Ok the best way is use ethernet wifi speeds will make you wait probably at least 3 hours unless you have blazing fast internet. You can plug in ethernet from PS4 to router or computer. I use computer so I will tell you how to do that.

Right click on your internet connection in the bottom right of your computer. Open Network and internet settings. Where it says ethernet, it should say unidentified network this is actually ok. Right click it go to properties, go to internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4). Click use the following ip address (yours will be the same as mine because of ethernet)

IP address 192.168.1.4
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Default gateway 192.168.1.1

Go to your ps4 settings network, setup internet connection, choose Use a Lan cable > custom > manual > Enter The following

IP address 192.168.1.8
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway 192.168.1.1
Primary DNS 165.227.83.145
Secondary DNS 192.241.221.79

Now open PK4 Remote PKG Sender on your PC,

Local IP should already be correct,
Port change to 8080
Choose files choose your pkg ( you can do more than one at a time but i recommend doing 1 at a time)

Now back on your PS4 make sure you dont have Remote Packer Installer open if you do close content, remember this for future it needs to be opened right before you send pkg or it might fail. So open remote package installer on your ps4 and on PS4 Remote PKG Sender hit send, it should tell you the game is downloading like if it was a psn game. You don't have to leave Remote Package Installer open you can hit ps button and change the screen, but of course dont close content on it until the pkg is installed. After each game you will need to close RPI and reopen it before sending pkg.

If your ethernet poft on your computer is 1g, you should be able to install any game in 30 min or less. Red Dead 2 took me 32 min and that is an 80 gb. This is the only way to install or play games from external right now as well you cant install to external from usb right now, but for some reason this works. So that's another benefit also you dont have to copy a game to usb then copy it to PS4 so it will save time.

Any questions or help feel free to ask.

I probably should add you do need good internet speeds for it to be that fast I have 5G 400 mb download, but others have way faster than me. But even if your speeds aren't that good it will be faster to do it this way than to transfer a a 30 gb game to your usb drive, then transfer it to your PS4. If it's an 80 gb game like Red Dead 2 you'll probably be transfering and installing all day if you use usb.

Sometimes you might have to reboot your computer after you setup any sharing with an ethernet cord so if you can't get it to work keep that in mind. I have already installed about 25 games this way and I never got any crashes on the PS4 except 1 game that i think was a bad PKG so it defintely works and works well once you get past the setup part.

I recommend usb 3.0 if you're going to install a package on the ps4 with an external hdd. that's how I install mine, and it's pretty damn fast.

Yep nothing wrong with doing it either way. I don't have any extra usb 3.0s laying around so this is better for me and I think if you have 1 gb ethernet on the computer it still saves a little time because you still gotta transfer the file to the usb (or most people do) and then transfer it to the PS4. I mean most games are taking me 10-12 minutes to install for like a 37 gb game. Modern computers and laptops should all have 1 gb ethernet and most people have an ethernet cord laying around so it shouldnt be an issue.

Flatout 4 a 6 gb game just took me 100 seconds.

I do not have a 1gb connection, so it would probably be slower for me. I have a 2TB hdd connected to my ps4 at all times with backups of every pkg I've installed. I'm probably going to stay on 5.05 and just backport. 6.72 sounds like a nightmare. 5.05 exploit works almost 100% even if you get memory errors.

I dont mean 1 gb internet, i mean 1 gb ethernet. It's how fast ethernet will send from your PC. It is not the same as your internet connection. If you go into network settings and right click on ethernet with one plugged in it will tell you the speed. I bet unless your computer is more than 7-8 years old it will be 1 gb.

I do not have 1 gb internet i only have 400 gb download, still decently fast but even if you have half that it will still install games fast one of my laptops only supports 100 mb ethernet installs and it takes like 50 min to 1 hour to install a game. Considering how big most PS4 games is that isn't too bad. But obviously it is preferable to have 1 gb ethernet on your computer which most do.

Respectfully I am putting this here for people who want to use this tutorial or may want to use it 6 months from now. You dont have to, but others may want to. It seems like you are being negative about my thread I'm not sure why.

Ok that's fine no one is forcing you to use my tutorial but please be considerate that others may want to. This is not a thread to say that you dont want to be on 6.72 or that it's unstable it's for people that want to use this tutorial. Thanks

afaik, all the system does is decrypt the meta data from the pkg, then rename the pkg to app.pkg. I've heard the md5 of the app.pkg is the same as the pkg being installed, so it's much faster than say the ps3 despite usb 3.0.

That wasn't the right location it's under status. I will make a screenshot for you soon.

might be helpful for others, but believe me, I know I'm not running a gigabit connection. my transfer speeds to the ps3, while fast, are at least half as high as most others.

My ps4 doesn't pick up the internet connection from the lan cable on the pc for some reason (says failed on internet connection when testing).Other then that and having to turn off my firewall,the address stuff works and I can still transfer games.

It is worth to mention that in oder to get the maximum speed that your gigabit port and hardware can handle [ 'cause it is not gonna be the same speed for everyone, since we have different mobos, processors and HDD/SSD speeds involved here], you firstly need to get a CAT6a cable, that's the minimum for getting gigabit speeds, due CAT5e being slower on that part.

As personal experience, I couldn't see the difference between a CAT6a vs CAT5e, but I believe is due my hardware (old laptop), I tried a CAT8 cable and the same thing happened, so speeds might be different for everyone.

Hi guys,

I dont comment much on here but came across this as i am trying to search high and far to figure out how to get this working.

I tried to get it working via LAN with no luck, I tried via WiFi and it was working, tried to install Crysis which said it had 5.50 backport pkg, added both to the list but Crysis would stop near the end and say failed to install, maybe this is because its above 5.05.

So the next night i decided to check it wasnt my set up and installed a game i know works, The Last of Us Remastered, was able to install it with no problems over WiFi, other than it taking 3-4 hours using 5g WiFi, but my PS4 is a FAT so i guess it makes no difference.

So, I tried to set it up again using LAN then since then it all went pete tong, I tried a different pkg sender, in the settings changed port to 8080 and then it fucked up some how as windows would no longer issue my ethernet with a valid ip.

So today i did a full clean install of windows so it would undo what ever went wrong with my ethernet port.

Now I again am stuck I simply cant get anything to send over to my PS4 and it is driving me mad, I know it works because I was able to do The Last of Us Remastered.

I try follow modded warfare videos and when it comes to sharing my wifi to my ethernet, the share screen for me is not the same, i do not get the option to select ethernet from a drop menu, this is what i get:

So I have just tried the above and still no luck.

I have tried doing it again via WiFi and no luck.

This is my last attempt, checked ps4 ip and set it, checked my ethernet ip and set that

and still no luck, ill hit send pkg, open it on ps4 and nothing.

it is driving me crazy, i know it does work, but why i cant get it to work via LAN and again WiFi.

i was hoping to do it this was and not have to format my backup atmos switch sd card, might be only option to format it and put pkg on that :(

if anyone can help, i bet it is something simple that im getting wrong, i have tried setting :8080 at the end of my server ip;
[network]
ps4ip=192.168.1.8
serverip=192.168.1.4:8080
[timeout]
time=100
