PS3 How to transfer files from dead ps3 to a new one?

Hello, I killed my ps3 CECH-2504B cfw compatible by delidding and now I bought a new one which is exacly the same model (also cfw compatible). I want to put my old SSD with all the files on it from dead console to the new one, how can I do it? Also the dead console has Evilnat 4.91/4.92 PEX. The new one is on old OFW.

You can't. The HDD is encrypted with the ERK, which is unique per console and must be retrieved while the system is working.

I dont have ERK unfortunetly. I have a seperate pendrive with backup saves which seem not to be encrypted. Can I use them on the new console? Also can I just normally sign into my account on the new console or is there some special procedure?
