PS3 http error 415 with ps3toolset

I have a model CECH-2501A with system software version 4.89, which I believe is compatible with ps3toolset.com. When visiting the site on the ps3 I get a http error 415 unsupported media type. I've tried clearing the cache, cookies, rebooting the system. I made a new user for the jailbreak, can't seem to get it to work.
