PS3 I keep accidentally bending the PSU plugin to the motherboard..

What do I need to fix the bending? It randomly shows red when it's plugged into motherboard and then plugged in to the power. It is PQX board. And it should turn on fine my only issue was removing the PSU carefully. The plugin that goes inside it. I kept trying to clean it to get show the red light power.
Not just this one but CECH4301C REX board too..
