Ps3 Affected by RSOD.
Ps3 with Bad BD and bad logic board.
Like Joonie said, fixing rsod is not the problem here especially when it can be done from within Rebug 4.80.1 anyway.
First you must solve the BD issue.
1) If your logic board is dead you might be interested in the BDEMU patch. I suggest you read up about BDEMU.
2) If the logic board has been replaced then it needs remarried! Remarrying the board can also be done with XMB CFW Settings within Rebug 4.80.1.
Here is a Rebug 4.80.1 with BDEMU in a rar archive! No need for md5.

pinky already gave you a noBD PUP so now you have both.
If you choose the noBD way along with BD Remarrying, you first need to install Rebug 4.80.1 noBD, then after 1st boot, go to *Package Manager & install Rebug Toolbox.
Launch Rebug Toolbox, go to the Selector column, toggle XMB CFW Settings "Enabled" then go to the Utilities column to dump eid_root_key.
Here are the xmb cfw settings release notes about BD Remarrying:
1) Toggle Factory Service Mode from XMB CFW Settings option, there is no need for a dongle. Network->*Custom Firmware Tools->*Service Tools->*Advanced Service Tools->Toggle FSM.
2) Put "eid_root_key" that belongs to the console to /dev_usb000 (copy it from /dev_hdd0/game/RBGTLBX2/USRDIR/eid_root_key to the usb pendrive & make sure the pendrive is plugged in the port nearest to the BD drive.)
3) Select Remarry Bluray Drive in Network->*Custom Firmware Tools->*Service Tools->*Advanced Service Tools->Remarry Bluray Drive
4) If everything went fine it should have notified: "CEX_drive_init() succeeded"
5) Dont forget to repair CRL/DRL hashes if you need to fix it. You may need a BD movie disc to do that. If you don't fix the hashes you won't be able to watch movies anymore, games will still work fine though.
6) Done. Now you can toggle FSM off.
There is a log to check if everything went well. Successfully remarried /dev_usb000/cfw-settings.log should look like:
2011-12-31 19:00:24 [xai_plugin] : : _xai_plugin_prx_entry()
2011-12-31 19:00:24 [xai_plugin] : 1 : xai_plugin_init()

Regarding RSOD, you can apply the fix located in XMB CFW Settings :
Network->*Custom Firmware Tools->*Service Tools->*Advanced Service Tools->RSOD fix.
After everything, you can launch the Rebug Toolbox & enable Cobra & webman!

Of course you can also both remarry the BD & fix rsod by reinitializing the vtrm regions, in 3.55 like in the old days.
If you prefer to do everything this way, you should downgrade to 3.55 & check the following out...
