PS3 I need hfw 4.92

Hey, I was trying to get HEN on my ps3 super slim, I followed a tutorial and the only thing I cant find is hfw 4.92. If anyone has the file, can you please give me a link to it? The only one I can find is corrupted. Any advice would be really appreciated. Thanks.
