Every time I try to use FTP on WinSCP I get "an attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions" This hasn't happened before "repairing" my ps3 as I discussed in my last post which is resolved and nothing freezes anymore this issue is completely separate so I figured to make this a completely separate post. I seen on other places too that people do seem to have this issue but it somehow fixes itself which mine don't seem to be fixing itself.
