Install pkgs on my ps3 super slim

Ive got a ps3 super slim cech 4003C on the 4.82 firmware and i wanna know if its possible to jailbreak/install pkgs on it and if its possible how. Other tutorials/guides i found on here either are confusing of say my ps3 is not compatable.

Ive got a problem with the proxy it works with another ps3 but with my super slim i wont get internet at all

If it works with another ps3, but yours it does not, then the problem lies with a network setting on the non working console.
Firewalls can be an issue, antivirus can be issues, run proxy as administrator. temp disable firewall/antivirus if need be.
Try to mirror the network settings on the working console to the non working one, with the working one off.
