Current setup before the problem started:
PS3 Slim 2001a
HEN HFW
Multiman installed and functional
I copied SoulCalibur V from the game disc to the internal hard drive using Multiman, but I wanted to be able to launch it from the XMB.
Installed Webman mod to allow this, but it hid my disc icon and it wouldn't mount any multiman games.
I tried reinserting the disc, restarting the console, refreshing the games list on webman options, and uninstalling and reinstalling webman, but the disc icon won't come back.
(For some reason launching a disc game in Multiman gets the disc icon to show on the xmb, but if the console is powered off or the disc is ejected the disc icon won't come back if the disc is reinserted)
Is there a way to fix this?
