PS3 Internet Browser problems

Hey all, first time posting here, and I come with an issue, when I tried to enter on the ps3xploit site to install HEN I get this error: "This page cannot be displayed (80710a06)"

I know this is a bit old, but I have tried all of these tricks to get to all of the sites and I still get that error for every website I try to go to. I tried using ethernet, my WiFi from two different WiFi APs, and even my phone's hotspot.

I followed everything piece by piece when the videos mention to setup date and time to automatically set by internet, disabled automatic updates, cleared cookies, cache, history, and authentication.

I even updated the DNS to Google's DNS and restarted the console multiple times.

I can tell that it's TRYING to work, because if you go to the HTTPS site, nothing happens and the error is immediate, but when I remove the S, it looks like it's about to load and even goes as far as to show the title of the page properly... and then I get the error.

I honestly don't know what else to do. Are there any other suggestions for this fix? I'm not using HEN, though. I'm trying to do the full exploit with, ps3toolset.com, but I know this error is still related.

I have the exact same behavior and problem. When I try to access the http site, my PS3 will always load the https one...

Having the same issue as well. On 4.91 OFW. Was doing it on 4.82 so I updated to 4.91 but it didnt help

I also am having the same issue with code 80710a06, and i tried it on 4.83 then updated to 4.91 and same thing both times. I tried changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.17 as well and it still forces https and gives the error

I tried connecting with a E01 and P01 thats on evilnat already, same issue. I did notice it says your SSL cert was issued this morning.

On ps3toolset.com, the https redirect is perfectly normal, changing DNS won't change it.
Not sure why the Toolset doesn't load though, the ssl certificate should be valid afaik.
I will look into this over the weekend.

I can confirm, i just tried to get to BGTOOLSET and error 80710a06

It doesn't seem like the CA root cert for Google Trust Services is present on any OFW, which is the CA that signed the cert applied yesterday. I wish if you could disable the HTTPS redirect as a quick and easy workaround until a new cert is applied.

The CA Root certificate has been included on ofw since 4.84 at least otherwise https access would never have been possible for the past 2 years.
But all SSL stuff is getting upgraded everywhere so glitches like this are more and more common..
Like I said already I will look at this at the weekend, I am NOT going to change the website configuration on a whim, even temporarily...

Take all the time you need brother we all appreciate you taking time out of your weekend for this

Ended up at a major event last night, so I didn't see all of the replies and questions. I'm on 4.91 firmware on a CECHK01. But I'm glad I don't seem to be the only person having this issue now. I just haven't been able to find any other answers online besides the same fixes that I mentioned earlier. So, I hope we can get this fixed soon. I'm looking forward to this weekend now for even a temporary fix!

yeah redirecting to http doesn't work but actually no website working except google even playstation.com shows this error "The page cannot be displayed (80710a06) because redirects to https but http://google.com works fine and google search
