Is there a PKG converter that doesn't resign the eboot into 4.XX?

I'm trying to convert a ps3 game to pkg(CFW2OFW), there are instructions. I did everything except for the last part.

what do u mean by "if the game is your own"? like if I have the game on disc or the game folder which I have already done the instructions?

Hacking/Exploiting != Piracy

Hacking & exploiting to see or unlock some features normal system doesn't offer or code your own thing using a modified system just like the first time geohot when he jailbreak the iphone then ps3, its not about using Pirated softwares or anything related to that
