PS3 Issue with HEN mod not opening pkg's

Hello everyone, as I've stated in the title, I've got an issue and I honestly have no clue what could be the solution.
I got HFW and HEN working on my super slim ps3, and also got multiman up and running, and after that I just turned the console off. I got webman on the same usb I used and put it in the packages folder just like multiman but for some reason when I turned the console on and enabled hen, when I try to open the pkg it just blurts out an error code. I've tried re downloading, also getting other pkg's and they give out the same error code. If anyone could help out or something I'd appreciate it

Hello everyone! I've managed to fix the problem. I was trying a couple of different drives and eventually came around to formatting the first usb i was using for like the 5th time. It worked for some odd reason despite it not working before. Thx!
