It's a Vizio HDTV. Idk what model it is and idk where to look to see what model it is.
It's a digital TV? Like a lcd, or a HD-CRT?

I just patched the ISO using that, and the only thing it fixed was the color. The screen is still flickery like a bad VCR and the game still runs kinda slowly.I remember that I've tested this tool (PS2 PAL2NTSC with Yfix 1.08) long ago,
but I have few problems with it (some games will not launch after patching).
With PS2 VFIX 2005 I have more luck.

Yeah, it does have component input. How much would the cheapest component cables cost?Does it have component input:

EDIT: If somehow your TV has got component input, buy even cheapest cables for test.
They should be way better than composite.
Before connecting your PS2 with TV through component change setting from RGB to Y Cb/Pb Cr/Pr:

If you will not change this setting you will only get black screen.

This is what my TV looks like. You can see it's a Vizio TV.
There is no NTSC version of the game, it's PAL-exclusive. Also, remind me again what GSM is?It's a lcd. Weird it doesn't support PAL colors from composite. However you'll solve everything using the component cable.
You cannot be able to see the 50Hz flickering on your tv (it doesn't have a actual refresh rate, it's sample and hold), I think you meant some other effect (maybe some shelling in motion).
However for the 50Hz slowdown problem, try if GSM works. Otherwise you may get the NTSC version of the game.

Is there a store where I can get component cables? Like in Walmart or Target or something?

copy protection? until today, I didn't realize that dino crisis (a psx game) contained copy protection. I didn't know any games could detect a modchip, so it would show the warning screen, then an error would occur. I managed to fix it by patching the disc image, but not after a lot of research.
I have Dino Crisis, didn't knew it has that protection (always played it from original copy.
Final Fantasy IX has it (I play it from a backup on a chipped Ps1, 'cause I wanted to play the italian version at 60HZ. So I patched it with Zapper 2000 and applied the ita-specific anti-protection patch). I think even FFVIII has it, Medievil 2 too and some others.
Some emulators (like POPS and ePSX2) bypass it, others (like PSX 1.13) no.
CloneCD has a patcher when excrating the IMG from the disc (but I seem to remember it didn't worked for all games/kind of protection).
