PS3 Messed Up PS3 Fat

Hey, so long story short, i'm currently in college doing a engineering degree, i'm at the half of my second of 5 years, and decided to practice a lot of stuff on old consoles, so far i've maneged to resucite a ps1 and a ps2, so, i decided to go for the shot and try the ps3 (bad idea).

I found one online for around 45usd that had the YLOD, and told myself "Well the tutorials on youtube are only 15 minutes long, so that doesn't seems hard", and yeah, my face hit the wall
The model is a PS3 Fat (nor) that so far that i read its not retrocompatible natively with ps1 and 2, and the model of this particular motherboard is DIA-001 (if i'm wrong, please tell me, the feedback helps a lot).

So far, my only "main" concern is that, something is obviously missing, all 8 capacitors are gone, now, i just recently found this forum tnx to a Amateur Hardware Repair youtube vid that led me to a RIP Felix vid, and from what i gathered from both, this ps3 is still salvable, so rn i'm just surfing throught a lot of ebay and aliexpress links to find those capacitors.

Until i realized, "Hey, i have no idea what the f i'm gonna do"

So i decided to come here and ask for help, and also guidence through this, because well, i have no start point here, because its a ps3 with all 8 capacitors gone (stolem)

(Also i have no idea how to post images here, and i think they're important for better understanding this, so yeah, how do i do that also?)

Yeah, i've been surfing this forum in search for almost everything that i need to know to perform this magical stunt.

The syscon and welding part are pretty straight forward, however, my concern now, is, how many capacitors i need to buy?, wich models use? and maybe to use the PBC made by Felix? those are my breaking points now, still tho, everything has been incredibly helpful.

RN thats where i am, i'm still doing my little research on wich are more "reliable" because from what i gathered, the number of thos things you have to use varies depending the model, some recommend using some yellow little things, others the 470 ones and just using 3 instead of 6 per capacitor replaced, and its stuff like that that helds me to go and buy them, because from the results i recovered, they work "almost" the same, so i don't know if they are somewhat different appart from the price and how many i have to use

Any advice maybe?

I mention how many i have to buy because of the whole 8 original gone, so if i had to use the 470 ones, i had to buy 24 of those in order to replace the 8 originals, or use the yellow ones and buy 36 of those, because i dont think replacing just 4 its an option, considering whole 8 are gone
 
Don't use AliExpress caps. They're absolute steaming garbage.

If you have several dead laptop mainboards from the Core 2 Duo era (Merom/Penryn), you can harvest 330uF caps from those. I personally did a CECHH04 in pristine state whose TOKINs were absolutely cooked from the years. Removed all 4, installed around 4x330uF per replaced Tokin and never had an issue with it again.
