PS3 YLOD PS3 Slim

Hello, some time ago I have a ps3 slim CECH2001A, It had never suffered from overheating or anything, but one day while I was playing there was a power outage in my house and after that my console only shows YLOD, I do not think it is a matter of reballing because as I say never suffered from overheating, but I have been told that the Nec Tokin capacitors could be the problem, I have read about a CH341T tool that can help me identify the error, but I only see that they install it in ps3 fat, could you help me with a guide to solder the tool in my ps3 slim? so maybe I can know what is causing the YLOD on my ps3 and repair it. Thanks in advance.
