Multiman black screen when pasting/deleting file.

I have a PS3 Slim CECH-3001A running HEN 3.20 and just a while ago my system glitched and whenever i try to paste a file the confirmation screen shows up as black. In the Apollo save tool when you start it up for the first time theres a screen in the same style in which its reading the system files that also shows blank. Can anyone tell me how to fix it without potentially having to open up my system? Thank you.
