MX4SIO Working With 32GB But Not 128GB

I've spent the last few days getting setup with FMCB and OPL using MX4SIO SD card reader. It works great with all the 32GB (Kingston) SD cards I've used but I can't seem to find an OPL version that works with both ExFat (rather than Fat32) and my 128GB SD cards. I've tried 3 different SD cards from Kingston, Samsung and Lexar. The games list doesn't populate with the 128 cards.
I've used OPL manager on my PC to setup the 32 and 128 cards in the exact same way. Making sure the files are named correctly. OPL versions I have tried are:
  • PS2homebrew v1.2.0 Beta 2104
  • Grimdoomer v1.2.0.6 -1996
  • The one that came with my FMCB OPS2 v1.2.0 Beta 2049
  • The anniversary one v0.9.3 (but this just seems like it's for USB rather than MX4SIO)
I've seen other people mention they have SD cards larger than even 128 GB (and on the compatibility list) so I'm assuming I'm doing something wrong or don't have the right version of OPL for larger SD cards or maybe didn't format the card with the right chunk size etc. Any help would be much appreciated!

If anyone else is running into the same issues, I finally managed to solve it by using a SanDisk Ultra 128GB SD card I had in my camera. Funny that the one regarded as least compatible was the one to work when Kingston, Lexar and Samsung all failed for me.

Not all cards are compatible with MX4SIO. Reasons unknown.

OPL supporting only FAT32 and exFAT on MBR (exFAT only on 1.2.0 line).
OPL GD both on MBR and GPT.
OPL DB not supporting MX4SIO.

Correct, but it got way better already and that might not be the end!

I ought to remember that I have seen the same happening on Wii and GC a bit ago!

OPL supporting only FAT32 and exFAT on MBR (exFAT only on 1.2.0 line).
Technically anything utilizing BDM could read GPT, but the following drivers have to support it, so if someone would work on that driver, it is very possible to have many more apps supporting GPT as well.

It's just not done!
OPL DB not supporting MX4SIO.
That is misinformation! :D
