Hello. so i just jail broke my ps3 cfw. i have cobra firmware, now i have gotten some ps2 games i get it to start i see the PlayStation 2 logo then its just black but i hear the audio now i know its something with display if anyone has some knowledge please let me know.

Also i have questions about retroarc im trying to download cores through the retro arc but its not letting me any ideas?

Can't help with the Retro Arch, but I know that some ps2 games have issues with running on the PS3's emulator, check the compatibility list here https://www.psdevwiki.com/ps3/PS2_Classics_Emulator_Compatibility_List

RetroArch, which version are you using?
If not using RetroArch Community Edition (CE) then i suggest using that.

I actully just did that and now my retro arc works fine. Now to figure out why my ps2 game goes blank after the Playstation 2 logo pops up. I'm going to get some av cables now to see if that fixes it

Thanks yeah the game says playable. It's twisted metal lol I literally jailbroke my ps3 to get retro games and to play some twisted metal only game I want to play lolol maybe some games also lol
