Hi, as the title states, I have Mac OS Ventura and FileZilla and want to transfer some game folders to my PS3 Super Slim with HEN 3.2.2. I have looked online for guides but al the tutorials Ive found are for Windows... I was hoping someone more knowledgable than I could help me get this up and running? Or direct me to a guide if there is one? Thanks guys

On macOS should be tool like ipconfig for Windows or ifconfig for Linux (eventually port via brew). Nothing else You need beyond your local network setup. Everything else should be the same on all platforms.

Connect the ethernet cable between your mac and ps3, you may need to purchase an ethernet to thunderbolt adapter like I did. On the PS3 change the network settings ip address to 10.0.0.1, leave 255... alone, DNS to the 10.0.0.0 and router to 10.0.0.0
On your mac go to System Settings, Network, then you should see USB LAN under Other Services. You may need to create this but for me it pops up when I'm connected to the PS3. The address there needs to match the ip on the PS3.
Download Cyberduck on the mac and create a bookmark for PS3, 10.0.0.1, anonymous login.
And on PS3 obv you need to have multiman webman..
That's off the top of my head having ftp'd recently. Hopefully that's enough to get you there,.. gl

Sorry for the late reply, Ive had to reinstall HEN and got busy, but now I'm back to it; but when I look under network I see the USB LAN service but it just says not connected. Ive gone in to try and set the IP and DNS under its settings to the PS3 but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Maybe I need a different cable? Or adapter? I don't know why this stuff wouldn't work its Mac OS, it's supposed to be user friendly... ish

EDIT: Okay so Ive found the connection in network settings and prepped the ps3 and even added a bookmark for 10.0.0.1 in Cyberduck... But when I double click on the connection icon it says it fails to connect to FTP-10.0.0.1

Sometimes, you might have to enter in the username field the word "root". Also, what backup manager/ftp app do you use for the ftp server? Keep in mind that PS3HEN itself doesn't offer a ftp server, and you need to install a backup manager or ftp server application to your PS3. WebMan's FTP does its work fine, and as far as I have seen, it has higher transfer speeds from other ftp servers that the Homebrew managers include. If you have installed webman, you need to go into the configuration page and turn the ftp server on. Its great because while you are transferring the games you can do whatever you want on the PS3. MultiMAN also offers an ftp server, but this has to be enabled in the application itself and stay in multiman 'till the transfer is finished. You can also use an ftp server app standalone. Myself had used blackb0x FTP in the past, but you need to stay in the app like webman.

osx is user friendly, but it doesn't read minds. There's no way for it to know that you're plugging an ethernet into your ps3 to ftp.
Go to system settings, network, other services. You need to have a usb LAN there. I don't remember if it appears when you have the PS3 turned on and connected to your mac via ethernet, or if you need to add a new service. But inside there, you go to Details, configure ipv4 manually, TCP/IP, then change the fields to 10.0.0.0, 255.255.255.0, 10.0.0.0
On the PS3 you go to network settings, ethernet, manual, set the ip to 10.0.0.1 and the other two the same as the mac. Start webman or whatever there is for HEN to enable ftp.
Then on the mac ftp, enter the address of the PS3, anonymous login.
