Once you press the PSNPatch plugin shortcut L3+R3+R2 from the XMB, CFW syscalls will be disabled, history cleaned, IDPS spoofed, PSN connection unlocked, HOMEBREW execution LOCKED.
I will try that today after setting up sMan, i couldnt manage to install that plugin. Although i did everything i need to do.I for myself feel pretty safe using psn patch.
However @pinky is right: there is no guarantee.
If I ever get banned I can change PSID as I have a couple spare ones (from 3 dead consoles + I have 4 ps3s ATM xD ).
To answer your question about the plugin: in the bottom of the screen on your foto you see "select: toolbox". Sowill take you to the toolbox menu.
There you can press another button to install the plugin (don't know the button, you will have to look).
Once the plugin is installed you cannot connect to psn until you disable cfw features by pressing+

I did that i put it in the root of hdd0 and linked it with /dev/hdd0/sman.sprxyou need to type the path to sman.sprx in boot_plugins.txt, then restart the console.
Have you installed the Rebug Toolbox & enabled Cobra in the Selector column?I will try that today after setting up sMan, i couldnt manage to install that plugin. Although i did everything i need to do.
The steps i did:
1. Copy sman.sprx to the root of the hdd0 of my ps3
2. Create a boot_plugins.txt and put that on root of the hdd0 aswell.
However it doesnt load up or im doing something wrong

Wow that was my faultHave you installed the Rebug Toolbox & enabled Cobra in the Selector column?
It's a prerequisite to install sMan.
What format is your PS3 game (I assume you are talking about a PS3 game)? JB folder or ISO?Ok guys, so i succesfully installed psnpatch, Rebug toolbox, MultiMan, SMan and a game backup.
The game backup loads up on xmb and i can even play it but my problem is thats its not showing up in MultiMan nor in SMan

Sooo. The game is modern warfare 3. I downloaded the pkg and then splitted it to get it on a usb drive. FTP takes too long. I went into Multiman and qeued all 8 packages. And then i went on install packages in the xmb menu and installed it from there. After that i used psnpatch to install the .rap file.

If I am not mistaken & you downloaded that PSN game prepared for HAN, it is piracy & you will not get any more help for this kind of thing in this forum.Sooo. The game is modern warfare 3. Ok thanks. I actually own a broken copy of the game but ok ill stop asking^^If I am not mistaken & you downloaded that PSN game prepared for HAN, it is piracy & you will not get any more help for this kind of thing in this forum.
Note that on CFW, there is no need for HAN resigning btw. All that stuff is basically pointless, furthermore, keep in mind that only Rebug 4.82 supports HAN natively, other CFWs do not. Generally, games in iso format are recommended for CFW use except for game modding which usually requires using games in JB folder format.
If you already own this game but the disc is broken, the situation is slightly different I suppose. Strictly speaking, it changes nothing on a legal standpoint of course but still, obtaining another copy is "understandable" imho...Ok thanks.
