NTFS External HDD not show/loading

I have watch some video/tutorial to show my ex.hdd ntfs show up on playstasion 3...so far its failed.
Any tips?
I have try with multiman...
USB.CFG
ManaGunz homebrew
Change GPT to MBR
But my flashdisk 16GB show on multiman ...ntfs

i read that some hdd not compability with ps3... is it true?
