That is not firmware for a PS3 DECR 1400 Referance tool.... nor a DECH DEBUG/TEST PS3.

For DECH look at section DEX / DEBUG.

IF this is related to your other thread about Linux on a Ref Tool (DECR1400) then you should know that REBUG DECR Lite does NOT Support Linux or OtherOS, you would have to use DECR 3.20 FW to install Linux on a Referance Tool PS3.

You would be better off downgrading and installing REBUG D-REX CFW (NOT REX) on your DECH DEBUG unit to install OtherOS such as Linux.
