Hello people
I have a problem with my console, it all started after copying a save game from one user to another within my own console. everything was ok before that, but my console froze and I had to unplug it, after that he asked to restore the system file, I did the restoration and it didn't start, it crashed and I had to redo the whole process, which ended up not working too. but after that I did a restore of the factory settings and now it goes straight to that option, finishes and locks. would anyone have any solution to this problem? I would not like to lose my data because I am playing a lot of games and I would not like to have to redo it all over again. thank you

did you "restore system settings" OR "restore ps3 system"?

take a picture of "restore system file" and post it.

after calling it already goes straight to this screen

you may have no choice but to format. I don't know what other options you have, since you can't seem to do anything.

I don't think so. it's probably not the hdd but something on the hdd that's causing some sort of corruption based on the fact that it happened right after you messed with some files.

so and simple to solve, would the saves of games and games be possible to copy?

Save data is not a problem, just coincidence. You will not solve Your problem by cloning HDD because, judging by attached screen, You have broken filesystem. And it is broken probably because HDD is dying (check S.M.A.R.T on PC, without it is hard to say something about it; on Windows, do NOT agree for "disk initialization" or else this aggressive OS will overwrite PS3 partition table making Your life harder ;]).

If You want save Your data from HDD, first You must make sector by sector copy on PC (if HDD is really dying, the sooner the better). However, if You using HEN, You will not read EID Root Key from the console (this can be done currently only on CFW and You cannot install CFW on all models with new bootloader), which is used to calculate HDD encryption/decryption keys. You can still make such disk image and keep it for time when You will be able in some way read ERK and then read HDD contents on computer side.

So it looks like, You already lose all Your data. Sorry that I'm harsh but this should teach You making backups. ;]
