Massive thanks to @Evilnat and @esc0rtd3w (Ps3Xploit team) for restoring the Home icon to the XMB for us.

Now with Home Laboratory trying Home out is as simple as it was originally:

• Enable HEN if you are on HEN - CFW users can skip this step
• Browse to the PSN category
• Click on the PlayStation Home icon
• It will download and install automatically, then boot automatically.
  
• Note: A PSN account is required to play Home online.

Important: if you have Home already installed from back when it was live you might have important cache data that can help us to restore more spaces and items.

Home Lab is not like other Home servers you might have heard of before. You can't do this stuff anywhere else.

• We don't want to control what objects you can use. We allow Master All in One etc
• Our server allows release or developers builds, Advanced Real Time tools
• You can load your own custom or modded content and even play it online
• Change account region from main menu - Other servers will ask you to make a new account
• Host private lobbies in public spaces, if you want to do a private event for friends for example.
• Add / Remove inventory in real time. Applying clothing and portables in real time.

On other servers they keep all this stuff back for staff only, People have got banned just for trying to boot these dev builds once.

You don't need to be whitelisted, you don't need to be in our discord.

@DeViL303 Don't forget to mention that some PSN accounts from specific countries do not work and require changing the region in the Home settings.

Good point. If you have issues connecting you can try changing region at the main menu:

1. Go to options here:

2. Go to change account region:

3. Choose one of the available options such as en-US

4. Then try Go Online again:

If it still doesnt work for you let us know.
