So this is how it happened, I turn on my ps3, enable hen webman mod starts to ramp up the fans, usually I wait till the fan speed goes normal but this time I opened youtube right after enabling hen, the ps3 freezed I turn off power and then on again but after the coldboot there's nothing on the screen, only the waves moving, so i turn off power again, this time its asking for restoring file system, it gets stuck at 45% .

I also tried going into safe mode and reinstall software but there also freezes when I select "system update". I also tried restoring system and restoring database from the safe mode but it doesn't go beyond "preparing"
My ps3 is a superslim, if anyone know the solution to this please help me

This is an old post but maybe I can help you or anyone reading this.
I had a weird bug where it would freeze in certain % no matter how many times I tried, and I fixed it by turning off the PS3 (holding the power button), unplugging the Power Cord, then holding the power button for 30 seconds (while unplugged) to recycle power.

You should notice that the Fans are quieter now (like the stock speed) and... at least that's how I fixed my problem.
