PLEASE HELP

I am on PS3HEN 3.22 CECH-3001A Slim model and when booting up Sims 3 (folder game) from MMCM game screen a black screen comes and i have to hold the PS button and exit. I have enabled BD Mirror from the setting but it still does not work. The game is located in dev_hdd0/GAMES and it is in no way corrupted.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Thank You.

I would convert it to ISO it has a much better compatibility rate. Only ran into one game that doesn't work via ISO
