was the PS3UPDAT.PUP that you install hfw or ofw? it needs to be hfw!

when install hen...make sure is hen for 4.86.

Try to use HEN Alternate Installer. This might requires user to access Remote Play app and then exit to allow HEN installation.

open browser
press triangle
select tools
select confirm browser close
turn OFF

then try enable hen

was the PS3UPDAT.PUP that you install hfw or ofw? it needs to be hfw!

when install hen...make sure is hen for 4.86.

goto recovery (safe mode) again and do system update.

plug usb into right (not left) usb slot.

i have taken two pen drive with same hfw 4.86 update data after that i have gone to safe mode then system update option is there click on it and screen showing checking data then immediatly put both pendrive same time into usb ports ......ps3 hfw 4.86 update
